Product Overview – ASTM A213 TP316Ti Seamless Tubes
ASTM A213 TP316Ti is a titanium-stabilized version of 316 stainless steel. The addition of titanium binds carbon and prevents carbide precipitation during welding and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
This stabilization significantly improves resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially in welded structures and thermal processing systems.
Manufactured through seamless hot finished or cold drawn processes, TP316Ti tubes offer uniform grain structure, precise dimensions, and dependable performance under pressure.
These tubes are widely used in chemical plants, high-temperature heat exchangers, refinery units, marine systems, and industrial boiler applications where long-term thermal stability is required.
Compared to 316L, TP316Ti provides enhanced resistance in elevated temperature conditions where structural integrity after welding is critical.
