Designated as UNS N10675, Hastelloy B3 is an upgraded version of Hastelloy B2, offering improved thermal stability, enhanced fabrication characteristics, and significantly better resistance to heat-affected zone corrosion after welding.
The alloy maintains excellent resistance to reducing chemicals while overcoming many of the fabrication limitations associated with earlier B-series alloys.
