Product Overview – ASTM A269 TP321 Welded Tubes
ASTM A269 TP321 welded stainless steel tubes are widely used in industries that require stable stainless steel performance at high temperatures.
This grade is similar to 304 stainless steel but includes titanium stabilization, which prevents chromium carbide precipitation during welding or prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. As a result, TP321 welded tubes maintain their corrosion resistance even after high temperature service.
The tubes are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel strips using precision forming and automated welding processes. After welding, they undergo solution annealing, pickling, and surface finishing to ensure uniform metallurgical properties and consistent tube dimensions.
Because of their high temperature stability and corrosion resistance, ASTM A269 TP321 welded tubes are commonly used in heat exchangers, refinery equipment, boiler components, and industrial processing systems.
