Product Overview – ASTM A269 TP316LN Welded Tubes
ASTM A269 TP316LN welded stainless steel tubes are designed for industrial applications where both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are critical.
This grade is a modified version of 316L stainless steel that includes nitrogen alloying, which increases yield strength while maintaining excellent resistance to corrosion. The presence of molybdenum enhances resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, particularly in chloride-rich environments.
These welded tubes are manufactured using high-quality stainless steel strips that undergo precision forming, automatic welding, solution annealing, and pickling processes to ensure consistent microstructure and dimensional accuracy.
Due to their superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, ASTM A269 TP316LN welded tubes are widely used in offshore structures, chemical processing plants, nuclear power installations, and high-performance industrial piping systems.
Because of their durability and corrosion resistance, TP316L tubes are widely used in pharmaceutical equipment, food processing plants, offshore installations, and industrial heat exchanger systems.
