Product Overview – ASTM A269 TP316Ti Welded Tubes
ASTM A269 TP316Ti welded stainless steel tubes are engineered for applications that require long-term exposure to high temperatures without compromising corrosion resistance.
This grade is a modified version of 316 stainless steel where titanium is added as a stabilizing element. Titanium prevents chromium carbide precipitation during welding or high temperature service, protecting the material from intergranular corrosion.
The presence of molybdenum improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making TP316Ti welded tubes suitable for aggressive chemical environments and chloride-containing media.
Manufactured using precision welded strip technology, these tubes undergo solution annealing, pickling, and rigorous quality inspection to ensure consistent metallurgical structure and dimensional accuracy.
Because of their thermal stability and corrosion resistance, ASTM A269 TP316Ti welded tubes are widely used in chemical processing industries, marine installations, high-temperature pipelines, and heat exchanger systems.
