Product Overview – ASTM A269 TP321H Welded Tubes
ASTM A269 TP321H welded stainless steel tubes are designed for applications where materials must maintain strength and corrosion resistance under prolonged high temperature exposure.
This grade is a high carbon version of 321 stainless steel, developed to enhance creep strength and mechanical stability at elevated temperatures. The addition of titanium acts as a stabilizing element, preventing chromium carbide precipitation and protecting the material from intergranular corrosion during welding and heat service.
TP321H welded tubes are manufactured using precision welded stainless steel strips and processed through solution annealing, pickling, and surface finishing operations to achieve high metallurgical quality and dimensional consistency.
Due to their excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance, ASTM A269 TP321H welded stainless steel tubes are widely used in petrochemical plants, power generation facilities, refinery equipment, and high temperature industrial piping systems.
