Product Overview – ASTM A312 TP316Ti Welded Pipes
ASTM A312 TP316Ti is a titanium-stabilized modification of 316 stainless steel. The addition of titanium prevents carbide precipitation during prolonged exposure to high temperatures, improving structural stability.
TP316Ti welded pipes are manufactured through precision forming and longitudinal welding, followed by solution annealing and testing in accordance with ASTM A312 standards.
This grade is widely used in heat exchangers, refinery piping, and chemical processing plants where sustained temperature exposure can affect standard grades.
Compared to 316L, TP316Ti performs better in high temperature service conditions.
