Product Overview – ASTM A213 TP316L Seamless Tubes
ASTM A213 TP316L is the low carbon modification of grade 316 stainless steel. The reduced carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding and prevents intergranular corrosion.
The presence of molybdenum significantly improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments compared to 304 and 304L grades.
These seamless stainless steel tubes are manufactured through hot finished or cold drawn processes to ensure uniform wall thickness, smooth internal surface finish, and high-pressure durability.
TP316L seamless tubes are widely used in heat exchangers, condensers, chemical processing plants, pharmaceutical industries, marine systems, oil & gas refineries, and food processing units.
