What is ASTM A312 TP304L Stainless Steel Pipe?
ASTM A312 covers TP304 (UNS S30400), an austenitic grade with 18-20% chromium and 8-11% nickel for excellent corrosion resistance in general environments. These pipes suit high-temperature applications up to 1900°F (1040°C) after solution annealing. Production includes seamless, straight-seam welded, or cold-worked methods per ASME B36.19 dimensions.
