Product Overview – ASTM A312 TP321 Welded Pipes
ASTM A312 TP321 is a titanium-stabilized modification of 304 stainless steel. The addition of titanium prevents chromium carbide precipitation during welding and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
TP321 welded pipes are manufactured using precision strip forming and ERW welding, followed by solution annealing and testing in compliance with ASTM A312 standards.
This grade is widely used in refinery piping systems, heat exchangers, furnace components, and high-temperature process industries where thermal stability is critical.
Compared to 304 welded pipes, TP321 provides superior performance in continuous elevated temperature service.
