ASTM A213 TP317 is an upgraded molybdenum-bearing stainless steel grade developed to offer improved corrosion resistance compared to 316 and 316L.The increased molybdenum content enhances resistance to chloride pitting, acidic media, and harsh industrial chemicals.
These seamless stainless steel tubes are manufactured through hot finished or cold drawn processes to ensure structural uniformity, dimensional accuracy, and high-pressure capability.

Manufactured through seamless hot finished or cold drawn processes, TP316Ti tubes offer uniform grain structure, precise dimensions, and dependable performance under pressure.

TP317 seamless tubes are widely used in chemical processing plants, fertilizer units, pulp and paper industries, pollution control systems, and offshore installations.
Where higher corrosion resistance is required beyond 316 performance levels, TP317 becomes the preferred specification.
