ASTM A312 TP304L Welded Stainless Steel Pipes Supplier & Exporter in India

ASTM A312 TP304L Welded Pipes are low carbon stainless steel pipes designed for improved weldability and resistance to intergranular corrosion in fabricated piping systems.

Product Overview – ASTM A312 TP304L Welded Pipes

ASTM A312 TP304L is the low carbon version of 304 stainless steel. The reduced carbon content (maximum 0.03%) minimizes chromium carbide precipitation during welding, preventing corrosion at grain boundaries.

TP304L welded pipes are manufactured by forming stainless steel strip into cylindrical sections and welding longitudinally using TIG or laser welding methods. These pipes are ideal for applications requiring heavy welding and fabrication.
SS 304L welded pipes are widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical plants, food industries, and structural fabrication projects.
